Farewell to One of Our Long-Serving Employees, Agnes Tan 🌟

On 6 August 2026, we gathered to celebrate and bid a heartfelt farewell to our Senior Manager, Agnes Tan, as she closes an incredible six-year chapter with Declarators.

Agnes joined Declarators in October 2020, where she was entrusted with supporting a new deployment project. Through her dedication and strong leadership, she played an instrumental role in growing the team from its early beginnings to more than 10 headcount today.

In 2024, Agnes embraced yet another challenge, taking on a Business Development role for a new project. Her efforts contributed to expanding our services, strengthening our operations, and creating new opportunities for growth.

Over the past six years, Agnes has grown tremendously alongside Declarators, earning five well-deserved promotions — from Operations Executive to Senior Operations Manager.

Her outstanding performance and unwavering commitment were recognised when she was named Declarators Employee of the Year 2021, a testament to her dedication, work ethic, and meaningful contributions to the organisation. 🏆

Beyond her achievements and titles, Agnes will be remembered for her dedication, leadership, professionalism, and positive influence on those around her. She has played an important part in our journey and leaves behind a lasting legacy at Declarators.

As a special recognition of her remarkable contributions, Agnes becomes the 14th member inducted into the Declarators Hall of Fame — a prestigious honour reserved for individuals who have made an exceptional and lasting impact on our culture, people, and success. 🏆✨
