ISO9001
The company is certified to ISO9001 as of 29th April 2020.
The ISO 9001:2015 standard is an international recognition given to organisations who implement a rigorous and effective quality management system.
In order to achieve the ISO 9001:2015 certification, Declarators Pte Ltd has met the requirements set out in and have been audited by Advanced System Assurance Pte Ltd with the 9001 standard. As an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, we can ensure we are able to meet the needs of not only our existing customers but all new & future prospective customers by delivering an excellent level of customer service, implementing an effective quality management system and delivering an exceptional standard of services.
ISO14001
The company is certified to ISO14001 as of 5th Jan 2023.
ISO 14001:2015 is a global standard for Environmental Management Systems (EMS). The goal of the ISO 14001 standard is to give the top management of any organization a framework for managing environmental impacts.

Customs Competency Certificate
All our Declarants have successfully passed the competency test and are certified by Singapore Customs.
ECO Office Certification
The company is certified with ECO Office under “Professional Tier” as of 12th Dec 2022 by the Singapore Environment Council (SEC)
ECO Certifications are a critical integral component of GreenDNA, a certification system that encourages organizations to adopt a Low Carbon Lifestyle, a green mindset of using One Less, and the practice of Responsible Consumption, rewarding them with internationally recognised carbon emissions reduction (CER) reports and the GreenDNA Certificate.
Launched in December 2018, the enhanced Eco Office programme provides our organization with new tools and approaches to begin our certification journey. This includes a greater focus on change management and driving behavioural changes amongst employees.
Singapore Food Agency (SFA) License
The company is licensed by SFA for the Registration to Import Processed Food Products and Food Appliances (IP) and for Import/Export/Transhipment of Meat and Fish Products (IM)
bizSafe Level 3
The company has been certified to bizSAFE Level 3 by the Workplace Safety and Health Council.
Trademark Approval
The company has obtained trademark approval from the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS).
Dun and Bradstreet Credit Rating
We have been accessed by Dun and Bradstreet and received credit rating with (Duns No. 595392393)
