Job Confirmation
Type of services are determined based on what time the jobs are confirmed AND whether documents or items are ready for collection at time of call.
Job Cancellation
For job cancellation 10 minutes upon confirmation AND before the arrival of dispatch rider/driver at collection
location, 50% of service charge will apply.
For job cancellation upon the arrival of dispatch rider/driver at collection location,
100% of service charge will apply.
Week Processing Charge
A surcharge of $5 in addition to the above-mentioned rates will apply to any job which requires processing work or changing of passes to access some areas or buildings for every 15 minutes or part thereof. (eg. Airport Cargo Complex, Banks, Foreign Embassies, Jurong Island, Sentosa & All Government Restricted Areas, etc.)
Restricted Area Entry
Authorisation remains the consignor’s responsibility.
Delays due to access security requirements will not be the fault of Declarators Pte Ltd.
Waiting Time
Maximum waiting time is 5 minutes, after which a minimum surcharge of $2 for every excess 5 minutes or part
thereof will apply. Ability on duration of waiting will solely depend on availability of dispatch rider/driver.
