** Farewell Luncheon in Honour of Elaine Phua **
On 15 May 2026, we gathered to celebrate and bid farewell to our Assistant Operations Manager, Elaine Phua, affectionately known within the team as Yi Ling.
Yi Ling began her journey with the Declarators HQ in July 2022. Over the course of four remarkable years, she demonstrated outstanding dedication, professionalism, and growth, steadily advancing through the ranks from Operations Executive to Assistant Operations Manager with an impressive four promotions along the way.
Her exceptional performance and commitment to excellence were formally recognised when she received the Declarators HQ Best Employee of the Year 2023 award—an achievement that reflected both her strong work ethic and significant contributions to the organisation.
Beyond her accomplishments, Yi Ling earned the respect of colleagues through her unwavering discipline and dedication. Known for arriving at the office as early as 7:00 AM each day, well before official working hours, she consistently set a strong example through her reliability, initiative, and commitment to the team.
Throughout her time with us, Yi Ling has been a dependable leader and a positive presence whose contributions have left a meaningful and lasting impact on the company. In recognition of her dedication and achievements, she will be inducted as the ninth member of our Hall of Fame—an honour reserved for individuals who have made exceptional contributions to the growth and success of the organisation.
