*Farewell to One of Our Long-Serving Employee, Jayne Lim*

A few weeks ago, we said goodbye to our Senior Operations Manager, Jayne Lim Shiau Zia.

Jayne joined Declarators in April 2020 and holds the unique distinction of being the first team member to come on board during the COVID-19 period, coinciding with Singapore’s Circuit Breaker measures.

Over the past six years, Jayne has grown alongside the company, earning five well-deserved promotions—from Operations Executive to Senior Operations Manager—ultimately leading a team of 10 in our Airfreight team.

Her outstanding performance and unwavering commitment to excellence were recognised when she was named Runner-Up for the Declarators Deployee of the Year 2021 award, reflecting her strong work ethic and significant contributions to the organisation.

Through her dedication, leadership, and positive influence, Jayne has left a lasting legacy at Declarators. In recognition of her remarkable contributions, she becomes the tenth member to be inducted into our Hall of Fame, a prestigious honour reserved for individuals who have played an exceptional role in shaping our culture and success.
