Farewell Luncheon Celebrating Zoe Tan’s Journey with Declarators HQ
Last month, we came together to celebrate the journey and contributions of our Operations Manager, Zoe Tan, as she closed an important chapter with Declarators HQ.
Since joining us in June 2022, Zoe has been an integral part of our growth and operations. Starting her journey with the Key Account Team, she quickly adapted to new challenges and gained valuable experience before returning to HQ after a month, where she continued to develop her capabilities and take on greater responsibilities.
Through her dedication, resilience, and willingness to embrace new challenges, Zoe progressed from Operations Executive to Operations Manager, for the Certificate of Origin department, achieving four promotions along the way.
Zoe’s commitment and contributions were recognised when she was awarded 3rd place in the Declarators HQ Best Employee of the Year 2023 Award — an achievement that reflects her passion, consistency, and the value she has brought to the organisation.
What truly sets Zoe apart is her strong sense of responsibility and dedication. Her colleagues know her as someone who leads by example, always showing initiative, discipline, and a genuine commitment to supporting the team. Her habit of arriving early and preparing ahead of the day reflects the level of ownership and care she has always shown in her role.
Throughout her time with Declarators, Zoe has grown not only as a professional but also as a leader who has inspired and supported those around her. Her efforts have left a lasting mark on the organisation, and her presence will certainly be missed.
To honour her outstanding journey and contributions, Zoe will be inducted as the 11th member of our Hall of Fame — a special recognition reserved for individuals who have played a meaningful role in the continued growth and success of Declarators HQ.
