As we step into 2026, employee loyalty has become increasingly rare. That’s why it is especially meaningful to recognize the team members who have chosen to continue growing with us.

To date, we have honored 15 employees with our Long Service Award. We are especially proud that 11 of them are still part of the Declarators family today, a true testament to the strong culture, trust, and shared journey we’ve built together.

These dedicated individuals have stood by us through challenges, transformation, and growth. They have witnessed Declarator’s evolution from a startup into one of Singapore’s fastest-growing companies—and continue to play a vital role in shaping our future.
