🌟 Celebrating an Incredible Journey – Thank You, Lee Yih Joe
Although this farewell took place two months ago, the memories remain just as meaningful. Our Declarators HQ team came together to celebrate the remarkable journey of our Operations Manager, Lee Yih Joe, and to thank her for everything she has contributed to the company.
When Joe joined Declarators in October 2022, few could have imagined the impact she would make in such a short time. Through unwavering commitment, exceptional performance, and a willingness to take on every challenge, she progressed from Operations Executive to Operations Manager, achieving an impressive four promotions during her time with us.
Her dedication never went unnoticed. Joe was awarded 2nd Place – HQ Best Employee of the Year in in 2024, before being crowned HQ Best Employee of the Year 2025—a true reflection of her consistency, leadership, and pursuit of excellence.
Beyond her achievements, Joe was someone her colleagues could always rely on. She led with humility, supported her teammates wholeheartedly, and played a significant role in strengthening our operations and company culture.
In recognition of her outstanding legacy, we are honoured to welcome Joe as the 13th inductee into the Declarators Hall of Fame—an honour reserved for individuals whose contributions have left a lasting mark on our organisation.
Joe, thank you for your passion, commitment, and the countless ways you have helped shape Declarators into what it is today. While we will certainly miss having you with us, we are excited to see where your next journey takes you.
