Honoring Loo Wei Shan: A Fond Farewell & Hall of Fame Induction

Last month, the team at Declarators HQ gathered for a special farewell luncheon to celebrate our Assistant Operations Manager, Wei Shan, as she wrapped up a remarkable chapter with us.

Since starting her journey in July 2022, Wei Shan has been a driving force behind the expansion of our e-commerce division. Her exceptional work ethic, adaptability, and determination enabled her to advance from Operations Executive to Assistant Operations Manager of E-Commerce, earning three promotions during her four-year tenure. Her hard work was further highlighted when she earned 3rd place for the Declarators HQ Best Employee of the Year in 2023.

Beyond her impressive professional growth, Wei Shan has been a supportive and inspiring leader to her teammates. To recognize her lasting impact on our organization, we are proud to induct her as the 12th member of the Declarators Hall of Fame—a distinction reserved for those who have fundamentally shaped our success.
