We are extremely honoured to be invited by the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCCI) for an exclusive in-conversation with Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam, the upcoming presidential candidate and former Senior Minister and Coordinating Minister for Social Policies.

Mr Tharman spoke about his intention be “a President for a new era”  and also to “deepen the culture of respect” in Singapore for different groups of people – from the poor who are trying to uplift themselves, and people pursuing alternative paths in life, to people with different views and political leanings.

We are grateful for being able to physically attend and listen to his speeches. We wish him good luck for the upcoming campaign!

We also met Mr Lim Hock Chee, the CEO and founder of Sheng Siong supermarket. With his philosophy on how to treat other human beings and improve yourself, Mr Lim has become a highly respected corporate leader.
