Declarators Pte Ltd is honoured to receive the Great Companies for Dads Award 2025, graced by our Guest of Honour, Mr Ng Chee Khern, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Manpower.

The award, organised by the Centre for Fathering (CFF), DADs for Life, and MUMs for Life, is Singapore’s first to recognise exemplary organisations with policies that empower fathers to thrive both at work and at home.

During the ceremony, we also proudly signed the Workplace for Families Pledge, a symbolic commitment to fostering an inclusive, family-friendly work environment.
