8 March marks a special occasion to celebrate the achievements of women and to continue advocating for women’s equality. 🌸

Women have played an incredibly important role in the growth and success of Declarators over the years. We are proud to recognize the many contributions they have made to our organization. 💪✨

Interesting Facts:

👩‍💼 Declarators’ first official employee was a woman.
📊 Out of our 17 managerial positions, 13 are held by women (76.47%).
🏆 Our two longest-serving employees, each with over 10.5 years of service, are women.
⭐ Over the past 8 consecutive years, we have presented the Best Employee of the Year award — 7 of them were won by women (87.5%).
🎖️ Among the 16 employees who have received the 5-Year Long Service Award, 10 are women (62.5%).

Years ago, the logistics and customs brokerage industry was largely male-dominated. Today, we are proud to be among the organizations that are helping to break the gender barrier and create more opportunities for women in the industry. 🚀
